What It Is?

- Won't Stain;

Cons:
- May crack or breakage as it colls down after a hot item or hot pan is placed directly on the surface (always remember use a trivet or stainless steel rod to make a gap between the hot items and surface);
- Will Stain. However, because it's non-porous (that is, nothing soaks too far into it), spots can be scrubbed out;
- You will need to use cutting board, though scratches can be sanded out.
